What is the origin of your products? Are your products authentic?
We only purchase from international aesthetic manufacturers or official distributors. The origin of our products is the European community.
All the products we sell are 100% original and authentic. The only difference is sometimes in the packaging.
When do you ship orders? Which courier do you use? How long does shipping take?
Products are shipped from one of our international warehouses. Shipping usually takes 3-5 business days. We ship every day Monday-Friday. Orders received on weekends will be shipped the following working day. We only use reputable shipping carriers. All orders are sent using a fully tracked service and you will be sent a tracking number so you can track your goods all the way from dispatch to arrival.
Why are your prices so low?
Drug prices are regulated in Europe – there is a limit on what companies can charge doctors, whereas there is no such price regulation in some other markets. Therefore, these companies can charge much more than they can in Europe, resulting in significant price differences.
Since our products are sourced from Europe, this results in major savings for our customers.
